1. Services Provided
Alpine Glass specializes in auto glass repair and replacement for vehicles in Bloomington, Minnesota, and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Windshield repair

  • Windshield replacement

  • Side and rear window replacement

  • Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration

  • Mobile auto glass repair and replacement

  • Insurance claims assistance

We strive to deliver professional, high-quality service using OEM or equivalent materials.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and insurance claims.

  • Full payment is required at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

  • Any outstanding balances must be settled within the agreed-upon timeframe.
     

3. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Customers must schedule an appointment for auto glass repair or replacement services.

  • We require at least 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Failure to cancel in a timely manner may result in a cancellation fee.
     

4. Warranty & Liability​

  • Windshield repairs are not guaranteed to prevent further spreading of cracks. If a repair fails, replacement may be necessary at an additional cost.

  • Alpine Glass is not liable for pre-existing vehicle conditions, damage caused by rust, or unforeseen complications that arise during service.
     

5. Insurance Claims
As a courtesy, we assist with insurance claims for auto glass repair and replacement.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm coverage and pay any applicable deductibles.

  • Alpine Glass is not responsible for insurance claim denials or coverage disputes.
     

6. Mobile Auto Glass Service

  • Mobile services are available within our designated service area.

  • Customers must provide a safe and accessible location for mobile repairs.

  • Alpine Glass is not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
     

7. Website Use

  • The content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is protected by copyright laws and may not be copied or used without permission.

  • We strive to keep all information on our website accurate and up-to-date, but we do not guarantee the completeness or reliability of any content.
     

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Alpine Glass is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid for the services rendered.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
